Complete and sign the registration form and forward it along with your payment or complete on-line payment - if you are paying on-line, we still require the completed/signed registration form by e:mail or mail to:

5% sibling discount applied to any additional child

(Fall/Winter session and Summer Camps - March Break excluded)

10% off if you register for more than one program during our Fall/Winter session

Team Discounts - 10% off (10 or more players registering in one program)

 

Once payment is received, your spot is reserved and therefore limiting space to other players.  We do not issue refunds for programs/camps.  You may switch session dates as long as space is available.

 

Returned Cheques
